Now, go visit Sulphur or South Lake Charles and it looks much better. Don't get upset at me for saying that, just go look at all the blighted unkept property in that area! Many have considered North Lake Charles for redevelopment ahead of the upcoming construction boom but walked away after seeing the poorly kept yards and litter in the area. To be honest the North side of Lake Charles is a victim of poor real-estate management.
